Australian software company InteliCare (ASX:ICR) has executed a non-binding heads of agreement (HoA) with JNC Technologies Group to leverage its tech platform to JNC’s network of aged care providers. 

This Hoa represents a precursor to a binding reseller agreement, with both parties intending to complete binding documents before 31 October this year. 

The company says this HoA is a validation of its commercialisation strategy that it’s beginning to execute and of JNC’s commitment to deliver reliable and proven in-market software solutions to the aged care and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sectors. 

InteliCare reports strategic partnerships such as this with groups already established within the aged, disability, and healthcare sectors provide an ability for the company to scale more rapidly. 

Further, the company says this HoA accelerates JNC’s commitment to deliver aged care providers with best-in-class and actionable information for greater effective care management.
