Industrial services company SRG Global (ASX:SRG) is bolstering its board with the appointment Kerry Wilson and Roger Lee as Non-Executive Director and Executive Director, respectively.
Lee will be taking on this new role in conjunction with his current role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The $344 million market capitalisation company says these appointments are part of its plans to position itself for ‘long-term, sustainable success’ as the business grows.
Kerry Wilson holds a degree in Psychology and brings ‘significant’ experience to the board in relation to human resources, safety, and industrial relations domestically and internationally.
The company notes Kerry will also become SRG Global’s Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
Wilson has held a number of global executive roles in his 30-year career and was the principal owner of an industrial relations consultancy firm, which has been recently sold.
SRG Global is an ASX-listed industrial services company that brings an engineering mindset to deliver critical services for a major industry across the entire asset lifecycle of engineer, construct, and sustain.
